The Integrated Care Partnership is a committee that brings together health and social care partners to reduce health inequalities and improve the care, health and wellbeing of the whole population in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

The Integrated Care Partnership joint committee consists of representatives from across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight including local authorities, NHS providers, Healthwatch and the voluntary and community sector.

The purpose of the Integrated Care Partnership joint committee is to:

  • Ensure the Integrated Care System supports and adds value to place
  • Model the system behaviours and develop a learning culture 
  • Maximise the use of collective resources to enable the delivery of the integrated care strategy
