Purpose
The AHP Support Worker Community of Practice is a network owned and lead by AHP support workers of all levels across HIOW, with an interest in the development of the AHP support workforce.
The CoP is a safe, friendly space where support workers can contribute towards learning as well as ideas, thoughts and challenges as well as develop relationships. The aim is to sustain a co-produced, collaborative platform that brings together organisations and represents valuable AHP support worker roles.
As a community we have greater weight, voice and influence to encourage change across professional and organisational boundaries, create opportunities for learning, identify areas for development, build capability, share knowledge and resources, and reduce duplication of work.
