We have recently launched a newsletter to keep our partners informed called ‘Community Connect’.
Community Connect will be published periodically to our partners to update them on the latest news, events and innovations from the Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS.
Most recently we have updated partners on the new Community Diagnostic Hub in Lymington, appointments to the new Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB), and our collaboration across the health and care system to support our residents.
