Hampshire County council want to improve the stop smoking services for people who live and work in Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight.
They have developed an anonymous survey for anyone to share their personal quitting and stop smoking support experiences. They will use the responses to learn more about how people use stop smoking support and to develop future services.
