Are you a newly qualified or early career GP in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight?
Have you considered a Fellowship or Mentoring programme?
NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight are delighted to announce details of two opportunities available to support the ongoing personal development of newly qualified/early career GPs working in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (HIOW):
- HIOW New to Practice GP Fellowship (up to one session per week, paid, for two years)
- HIOW GP Early Careers Mentoring Programme (open to all, including locums)
These free programmes are open to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria. They provide avenues both for ongoing support/mentoring post-CCT and for wider professional development. If you are a newly qualified, soon-to-qualify, or early career GP working in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, or know someone who is, please see below:

Please note that we are unable to support Locums on the New to Practice Fellowship Programme as the funding must be paid via a GP Practice. Locums are however still eligible for the HIOW Early Careers Mentoring Programme.
