As of August 2024, 51,596 staff in Hampshire and Isle of Wight have completed the Oliver McGowan e-learning, which amounts to 81% of all the eligible staff in our integrated care system. In addition to this, 1,790 have attended a webinar - 11% of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System's tier 1 headcount. This is a fantastic step in the right direction to making sure that people with a learning disability or autism in our area receive the right care for them, tailored to their specific needs.
Every 6 months we run a staff survey to monitor the impact the training is having, asking the same four questions so that we can monitor any changes.
