The first session in a series of interactive webinars hosted by the Population Health Academy was to support the health and care workforce to understand the impacts of homelessness, understand local demographics, learn about good practice and gain practical skills to improve health outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. 

This session was aimed at all health and care professionals, regardless of profession or seniority.
