Medicines Management in Care Homes
Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB aims to support care homes with the safe use of medicines. The HIOW Care Homes Group, which is represented by all areas across the ICB footprint, have collated, reviewed and adopted both local and national resources to help healthcare professionals working with or in care homes to access useful information regarding medicines use.
