Our Digital Social Care programme provides the opportunity for our adult social care providers across our HIOW ICS footprint to implement digital tools to support care delivery on the ground. These initiatives range from providing the ability to access and record digital records and support staff through the provision of training opportunities which cover a broad range of subjects.
Our ethos is ‘more time to care’ and our programme aims to address health inequalities through the provision of digital tools and support to care staff and service users. By implementing new technology and undertaking bespoke digital training modules, care providers can benefit from increased digital maturity in the workplace that directly and positively impacts care delivery on the ground, whilst taking advantage of the latest digital solutions available to the social care sector.
Our programme has engrained robust governance and delivery processes which are refined through learning as we work more closely with local authorities and care providers to improve local digital exposure in a discreet and integrated way.
